We have a certified thermographer on our staff. They utilize a thermographic camera to help create images that show temperature differences and potential problems in your facility. Our thermographer is certified to give quantitative data for a our inspections. That means we are qualified to give you actual temperatures of equipment, not just spot temperature differences. We also provide a complete report with all the information to repeat the test to compare temperatures and pin point exactly where any issues may occur.  

Thermographic cameras help identify unbalanced loads, poor connections, deteriorated insulation, and over worked electrical control components. We can safely scan electrical panels boards, transformers, battery racks, and other electrical components while energized without touching any live wires or disrupting the power supply.

We can evaluate both electrical and mechanical systems. We can help you avoid costly breakdowns or premature wear.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70B §11.17.5 suggests that every commercial and industrial building in the United States should have an IR survey at least once a year. Equipment with moving parts should be scanned quarterly.
